People from spectrum of disabilities within the sport of Obstacle Course Racing (OCR)

The OCR Adaptive Athletes UK are proactively working on an initial research for a 4 year project with people from ‘ World Highest OCR ‘ about hosting an OCR race for people from spectrum of disabilities to participate & empower& show though sport of OCR and demonstrate body power by completing an Obstacle Course Race (OCR)
As you be aware the isolation and disconnection of millions of diverse people from spectrum of disabilities and importantly raise awareness of the under representation of women and girls from spectrum of disabilities within the sport of Obstacle Course Racing ( OCR ).

We not only want to enhance a feeling of among millions of people from spectrum of disabilities to open awareness and dialogue ; but we also want to enhance that feeling we all want ‘ of being top of the World’ ; OCR Adaptive Athletes in partnership with ‘ World Highest OCR ‘ people are going to host an Obstacle Course Race ( OCR ) with worldwide people from spectrum of disabilities to come together and participate within an international OCR race on top of Mount Kilimanjaro. – said Andy Reid CEO and Founder of OCR Adaptive Athletes.
A truly top of the World feeling and participation. The aim of the project is sustainability for local people and to help with access to farming and hospitality courses. To help with perception of ‘disability’ and what it is among different tribal groups and in general among Africans.
With in this complex project, we want to tackle the under representation of women and girls from spectrum of disabilities (which in includes creed, cultural beliefs) within sport of Obstacle Course Racing ( OCR ) ; however this ties in with employment opportunities also. The OCR Adaptive Athletes Facebook group is for adaptive athletes, for their friends and family already involved in OCR or who would like to try the sport. They also recognize the importance of all colors, creeds and cultures and want to include you all.
